Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older, utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

• Manage a caseload of 7 to 20 ongoing therapy sessions each week.

• Utilize data to inform effective treatment strategies and modify approaches based on client progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as necessary and refer clients when suitable.

• Keep progress notes and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.

• Complete, sign, and secure documentation in the EMR system within 48 hours following client interaction.

• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions and assessments for new clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid license in Washington as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

• Willing and eager to obtain licensure in additional states; Two Chairs will cover the associated costs.

• Available for 8 to 24 hours per week, dedicating 85% of that time to client sessions.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults aged 18 and older.

• At least 6 months of experience in teletherapy.

• Proficient in clinical assessments, including PHQ-9.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Select 7 to 10 session hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.

• Available during regular business hours for at least 1 hour each week for the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.

• Complete, sign, and secure all EMR documentation within 48 hours of client interaction.

• Capable of providing ongoing therapy and assessments for new clients.
