Licensed Mental Health Therapist, New Jersey

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients in a virtual environment.

• Offer treatment for mental health and substance use issues.

• Incorporate various therapeutic modalities into the care provided.

• Facilitate group services and foster strong relationships with clients.

• Engage in case discussions with fellow clinicians.

• Work collaboratively with Admissions & Assessment, Operations, HR, and IT teams.

• Maintain a steady caseload and a reliable schedule.

• Provide care through Charlie Health’s customized virtual behavioral healthcare programming.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an independent or associate licensure in New Jersey.

• Accepted licenses include: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, AMFT.

• Must be a licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician.

• Hold a Master’s degree in mental health or a related discipline.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults is essential.

• Proficient in providing group services.

• Confident in integrating multiple modalities, including DBT and CBT; EMDR experience and MI certification are advantageous.

• Collaborative, creative, and engaging in video interactions.

• Availability in the evenings to accommodate client needs; evening hours are required for full-time positions.

• Part-time availability of at least 12 hours per week; full-time availability of 40 hours per week is expected.

• Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes software is required.
