Licensed Mental Health Therapist, LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision as mandated by the board to associate-level clinicians.

• Assist associates in their journey toward achieving full licensure.

• Provide telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Supervise based on professional judgment and board regulations.

• Mentor the upcoming generation of clinicians through the licensure process.

• Enhance access to mental health services for Medicaid beneficiaries.

• Collaborate with associates as they enhance their skills.

• Support associates in navigating Medicaid documentation and compliance needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active LMHC license in good standing in Florida, with board authorization to provide clinical supervision.

• Master’s degree in Counseling.

• Demonstrated success in guiding associates to full licensure.

• Possess malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning according to Medicaid standards.

• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office.

• Own a computer and have reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills are preferred; additional languages are a plus.

• Extensive clinical experience and strong diagnostic judgment.

• Team-oriented approach when working with associates.

• Ability to provide constructive developmental feedback.

• Comfortable assisting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance.
