Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Kentucky

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Provide remote telehealth services for adolescent and young adult clients.

• Offer mental health care in a virtual environment.

• Incorporate various therapeutic modalities into client care.

• Facilitate group services and foster strong relationships with clients.

• Engage in case discussions and collaborate effectively with clinicians.

• Conduct comprehensive work aimed at achieving sustainable healing.

• Maintain either a part-time or full-time W-2 work schedule.

• Accommodate client needs by being available for evening shifts in a full-time capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an independent or associate licensure in Kentucky.

• Acceptable licenses include CSW, LPCA, Marriage and Family Therapy Associates, LCSW, LPCC, and LMFT.

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician; all disciplines are encouraged to apply.

• A Master’s degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Experience working with youth and young adults is highly preferred.

• Availability of 12–40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time W-2 status.

• Proficient and confident in integrating various modalities, including DBT and CBT.

• Experience with EMDR is essential.

• MI certification is advantageous.

• Background in working with teens and young adults is necessary.

• Skilled in delivering group services.

• Evening availability is required to meet client demands.

• Familiar with tools such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes software.

• Full-time status necessitates 40 hours per week and evening availability.

• Part-time status requires a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week.
