Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Illinois

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth services remotely to adolescent and young adult clients in a virtual environment.

• Employ various mental health treatment modalities in a cohesive manner.

• Facilitate group services and foster strong relationships with clients.

• Engage in case discussions and collaborate effectively with fellow clinicians.

• Conduct thorough work to promote sustainable healing.

• Accommodate client needs with evening availability for full-time positions.

• Maintain a flexible schedule as a part-time or full-time W-2 employee.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess either independent or associate licensure in Illinois.

• Acceptable licenses include LSW, LPC, ALMFT, LCSW, LCPC, and LMFT.

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinicians from all disciplines are encouraged to apply.

• A Master’s degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Prior experience working with youth and young adults is highly preferred.

• Availability of 12–40 hours per week, based on part-time or full-time W-2 status.

• Minimum of 12 hours per week for part-time roles with flexible scheduling options.

• Full-time roles necessitate 40 hours per week with evening availability.

• Must have knowledge and confidence in integrating various modalities, including DBT, CBT, and EMDR.

• Certification in Motivational Interviewing (MI) is advantageous.

• Experience working with teens and young adults is essential.

• Proficient in providing group services.

• Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox is required.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and outcomes software is beneficial.
