Licensed Mental Health Therapist, California Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.

• Assess and treat mental health conditions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs and situations of patients.

• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling, provide treatment, and modify plans as needed.

• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.

• Engage and counsel family members as appropriate.

• Organize outreach and referral initiatives in local communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields.

• A full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license (dependent on office location). Candidates without a valid, active license will not be considered. We are not currently hiring associate/intern level therapists.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services.

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this agency.

• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Capability to guide, direct, or influence individuals.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and their families.

• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Must have proven experience in effectively using electronic health record systems to manage patient data, document clinical details, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.

• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.
