Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional and impactful virtual therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others.

• Leverage our state-of-the-art collaboration portal to engage with students, ensuring they receive the necessary support.

• Collaborate effectively with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and colleagues to guarantee integrated care.

• Keep timely and accurate records of all clinical interactions to maintain continuity of care.

• Partner with our administrative support team to improve overall student care, from initial outreach to resource allocation.

• Work alongside leadership during critical patient situations to secure the best possible outcomes.

• Develop expertise in our distinctive care model, allowing you to provide effective support to college students and continually enhance your therapeutic skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in Texas. Having multi-state licensure is a bonus, as we operate across all 50 states.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Capable of conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial intakes along with clear diagnostic evaluations.

• Proficient in merging conceptual insights with suitable treatment plans.

• Skilled in treating a diverse group of students with respect and empathy.

• Able to identify and manage escalating risk situations effectively.

• Must have access to a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a good quality video camera and a reliable internet connection for virtual therapy sessions.
