This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assess mental health conditions, diagnose, develop, and implement a treatment plan, while maintaining ongoing documentation including further diagnoses, reviews of treatment plans, and case notes in accordance with company policy.
• Deliver outstanding care to clients and work collaboratively with a vibrant team to advance our mission of addressing community needs.
• Employ innovative strategies in interventions to assist clients in reaching and surpassing their goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session following company guidelines and protocols.
• For Full-Time status, clinicians must ensure at least 32 hours per week are available for patient care.
• Coordinate services with other healthcare providers, families, workplace personnel, medical staff, other OptiMindHealth team members, and school staff as necessary.
• Participate in and contribute to all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
• Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A full, current, and unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory.
• Proficient in electronic health records and clinical documentation practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet necessary deadlines.
• Comfort and familiarity in working with clients facing a diverse range of issues or concerns.
• Must successfully pass a background check confirming your ability to provide safe care.
• Ability to demonstrate and uphold stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health settings (additional experience is advantageous but not essential).
• Currently paneled or credentialed with an insurance network (additional value but not essential).
• Proficiency in multiple languages (additional value but not essential).
• Specialty area of practice (additional value but not essential).
