This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Deliver remote counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups.
• Work collaboratively with clients to pinpoint issues, establish counseling objectives, and create actionable treatment strategies.
• Keep precise and timely clinical documentation in line with all state, federal, and company regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, meetings, and training opportunities.
• Incorporate Christian faith and psychological best practices into therapy when appropriate.
• Refer clients to additional resources or specialists as required.
• Participate in occasional community outreach or ministry activities relevant to Light Counseling’s mission.
• Provide clinical supervision or mentorship to interns and residents (if qualified).
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license in Idaho (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).
• Strong dedication to Christian faith and active involvement in a local church.
• Current CAQH profile and Professional Liability Insurance.
• Successful completion of background and reference checks.
• No restrictions on billing insurance payers.
