Licensed Master's Social Worker – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth sessions for clients

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care

• Work with a diverse clientele, including couples and children

• Perform intakes and diagnose based on the DSM-5 under supervision of a licensed professional

• Assist clients in achieving measurable progress

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days post-credentialing

• Engage in a clinical community that offers live support and monthly case discussions

⛳️ Requirements

• Provisionally licensed candidates pursuing LCSW licensure in New Mexico

• Approved as a LMSW by the board

• Must be seeking independent licensure and residing in New Mexico

• Graduate of an accredited 60-credit-hour program

• Experience in a counseling environment addressing depression and anxiety at the graduate or post-graduate level

• Preferred experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor

• Availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours of weekly availability

• Willingness to work with a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Proficiency in telehealth and EHR systems

• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
