Licensed Master's Social Worker – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth sessions to clients located in Maryland

• Provide empathetic, evidence-based mental health treatment

• Address issues such as depression, anxiety, and work with couples, children, and a diverse range of clients

• Conduct client intakes and make diagnoses in accordance with the DSM-5 under the guidance of a licensed supervisor

• Be available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours each week

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days of obtaining credentials

• Engage in clinical supervision and participate in case consultations

• Collaborate within a clinical community and contribute positively as a team member

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed by the board as a LMSW

• Must be pursuing independent licensure and residing in Maryland

• Graduate from an accredited 60-credit hour program

• Experience in a counseling environment addressing depression and anxiety, either during graduate or post-graduate studies

• Preferred experience in independently conducting intakes and making diagnoses according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor

• Consistently available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability each week

• Willing to work with a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress

• Proficient in telehealth and EHR technology

• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring
