Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Supervise the clinical activities of Associate Therapists.

• Provide guidance as they deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Mentor emerging therapists to help them gain the clinical hours necessary for full licensure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• Must hold a valid LMSW license in good standing within the state of Michigan.

• Board approval to act as a clinical supervisor is necessary.

• Proven history of successfully guiding associates towards full licensure.

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines.

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools is essential.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office is required for confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish fluency is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
