This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assess mental health conditions, diagnose, and develop as well as execute a treatment plan.
• Maintain thorough documentation including updated diagnoses, treatment plan assessments, and case notes in line with company policy.
• Deliver exceptional care to clients while collaborating with a vibrant team to advance our mission of addressing community needs.
• Employ innovative strategies in interventions to assist clients in reaching and surpassing their objectives.
• Prepare and submit individualized documentation for each session according to company protocols and guidelines.
• To qualify for Full-Time status, clinicians are required to have a minimum of 32 hours available for patient care each week.
• Coordinate services with various stakeholders, including other care providers, families, workplace personnel, medical staff, other OptiMindHealth team members, and school staff when necessary.
• Attend and engage in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is necessary.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience and a willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet essential deadlines.
• Comfort and familiarity in working with clients facing a diverse array of issues or concerns.
• Ability to pass a background check to ensure capability in providing safe care.
• Exhibit and model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health is valuable, though not mandatory.
• Current paneling or credentialing with an insurance network is an added advantage, though not essential.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a beneficial addition, though not required.
• A specialty area of practice is also considered an advantage but is not essential.
