Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assess mental health conditions, diagnose, develop, and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation including further diagnoses, treatment plan evaluations, and case notes in accordance with company policy.

• Deliver exceptional care to clients and work collaboratively with a dynamic team to advance the mission of addressing gaps in our community.

• Apply creativity in interventions to assist clients in reaching and surpassing their goals.

• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session following company guidelines and protocols.

• To maintain Full-Time status, clinicians are required to have a minimum of 32 hours available for patient care each week.

• Coordinate services with other care providers, families, workplace personnel, medical staff, other OptiMindHealth team members, and school staff as necessary.

• Attend and engage in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.

• A full, current, and unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory.

• Proficient in using electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience and a willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet essential deadlines.

• Comfort and familiarity in working with clients facing a diverse range of issues or concerns.

• Ability to pass a background check that demonstrates your capacity to provide safe care.

• Ability to demonstrate and model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
