This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide direct counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and children, including patients, parents, and siblings.
• Implement therapeutic techniques that cater to client needs, such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy.
• Work in partnership with the interdisciplinary team and families to ensure comprehensive support while exchanging information and ideas.
• Participate in family care meetings alongside other service providers.
• Adhere to clinic policies as well as state, federal, and licensing board laws, requirements, regulations, confidentiality, and mandated reporting standards.
• Promote compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Maintain documentation and communication consistent with legal, ethical, and company standards.
• Occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must possess a current and unrestricted license to practice in Arizona.
• A Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.
• Hold a valid and unrestricted license and/or certification necessary for practice within the clinical domain.
• Capability to obtain cross-state licensure as needed by business requirements.
• Familiarity with empirically supported psychotherapy methods, including cognitive and behavioral approaches, postmodern/post-structural theories, social constructionism, and narrative therapy.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding client care, utilizing client feedback to enhance services.
• Willingness to learn from various professional disciplines, colleagues, and families.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
