Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Interact with active insurance seekers through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other channels in a remote call center setting.

• Leverage your insurance knowledge to identify customer requirements, detect coverage deficiencies, and suggest customized solutions from Allstate offerings and those within the Allstate family of companies.

• Transform warm leads into customers utilizing an established consultative sales approach — no cold calling necessary.

• Operate from home to enhance sales growth while providing an outstanding, customer-centric experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (with a focus on sales)

• Current Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state of residence (preferred)

• If unlicensed, willingness to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s assistance

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory

• Dependable high-speed internet with a wired connection (Ethernet)

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home (equipment provided)

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Open to receiving feedback and performance coaching

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
