Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls related to auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.

• Provide outstanding, consultative experiences for customers.

• Identify opportunities for customer savings and highlight coverage gaps.

• Clarify complex policy information in straightforward, comprehensible terms.

• Create customized policy packages with over 55 partner carriers.

• Complete and secure insurance coverage.

• Address customer concerns and hesitations with transparency.

• Relay customer feedback to the product team to enhance the app and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service settings.

• Demonstrated empathy, warmth, and active listening abilities.

• Capability to juggle competing priorities while ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail.

• Property and Casualty (P&C) license is expected to be obtained within 2 weeks of starting, with all licensing costs covered.

• Candidates must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for this full-time hourly position.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is necessary.
