This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Oversee both incoming and outgoing communications.
• Utilize web-based platforms to address customer inquiries.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media.
• Resolve and mitigate customer issues effectively.
• Escalate interactions when deemed necessary and appropriate.
• Respond to assistance requests and/or manage payment processing.
• Monitor call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide constructive feedback on call-related issues.
• Upsell products or services as required.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and support departments to resolve customer concerns and meet performance objectives.
• Must hold a Life & Health Insurance License for your home state.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service is mandatory.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Typing speed of a minimum of 25 words per minute is necessary.
• Must be comfortable using desktop computer systems.
• Basic understanding of Windows-based systems is required.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• A dedicated workspace near your router to support a hardwired Ethernet connection is essential.
• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required.
• Internet Service Provider latency must be under 50ms.
• Internet connection cannot be via Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
• Proof of internet speed will be required.
• Must reside in one of the eligible states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
