Licensed Insurance Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Oversee both inbound and outbound communications

• Utilize web-based tools to address customer inquiries

• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media

• Tackle and de-escalate customer issues

• Escalate interactions when necessary

• Respond to assistance requests and/or process payments

• Monitor call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

• Provide feedback regarding call issues

• Upsell products or services as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Health Insurance License in your home state

• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent

• Have a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Capable of typing a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Comfortable with desktop computer systems

• General knowledge of Windows-based systems is essential

• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred

• College degree is preferred, though not mandatory

• Ability to adhere to established procedures

• Effective collaboration skills with team members, supervisors, and support departments

• Excellent communication, listening, and analytical abilities

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure

• Willingness to work within a structured schedule with varying shifts

• Strong critical thinking skills are a must

• A dedicated workspace near a router for a hardwired Ethernet connection

• Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

• ISP latency under 50ms

• Internet connection must not be satellite, mobile data/hotspot, P2P, or VPN

• Proof of internet speed is required
