This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage a high volume of incoming calls daily from policyholders and clients in both English and Spanish.
β’ Offer expert advice and assistance related to insurance requirements.
β’ Address inquiries concerning policies, billing, endorsements, and claims.
β’ Process and issue policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.
β’ Investigate and resolve any premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors.
β’ Efficiently navigate multiple systems and software platforms at the same time.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
β’ Must possess a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer/General or Personal Lines License.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center position within the insurance sector.
β’ Capability to handle high call volumes while upholding quality and professionalism.
β’ Strong multitasking abilities.
β’ Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
β’ High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
β’ Quick learning and navigation of new systems is essential.
