This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist in the management of Arch's worldwide corporate insurance program, which encompasses placement, administration, governance, renewal, and documentation of global insurance coverages.
• Oversee annual insurance renewals, underwriting submissions, exposure data aggregation, broker deliverables, and policy upkeep.
• Aid in the administration of management liability, cyber, fiduciary, financial institutions bond, property, casualty, and other insurance programs.
• Provide support for multinational insurance programs, including local admitted policies and standalone subsidiary placements.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Legal, Finance, business units, subsidiaries, brokers, and insurers.
• Assess the insurance implications associated with corporate changes, mergers and acquisitions, transactions, new entities, branches, and other developments.
• Work alongside brokers and subject matter experts on coverage, placement, and insurance-related inquiries.
• Maintain policy repositories, renewal calendars, broker contacts, and insurance documentation.
• Facilitate claims submissions, communication, and monitoring of claim status until resolution.
• Manage the Certificates of Insurance process.
• Oversee insurance invoicing and payment coordination.
• Keep the Global Insurance Manual and insurance process documentation up to date.
• Create and improve controls that support policy administration, claims tracking, renewals, local insurance purchases, invoicing, and document management.
• Maintain the Global entity management system with assistance from the Legal team.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in an insurance brokerage, corporate risk management department, or a similar insurance-related setting.
• Proficient understanding of commercial insurance coverages, including management liability, cyber, professional liability, property, and casualty insurance.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting insurance programs within a multinational organization is preferred.
• Experience with public companies is an advantage.
• Possession of ARM, CPCU, CRM, or similar professional designation, or progress toward obtaining one is desired.
