Licensed Insurance Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance and conduct needs assessments, completing sales applications.

• Precisely document prospect feedback within an online platform.

• Achieve sales objectives and maintain quality standards on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Engage regularly with prospects and clients through both verbal and written communication.

• Assist with various marketing initiatives and sponsor campaigns.

• Sell and provide services for life insurance products offered by Canada Protection Plan.

• Keep life insurance licensing in good standing.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provincial Life and Accident & Sickness licenses; holding a license in Quebec is essential.

• Previous experience in a call center is preferred.

• Demonstrated sales experience.

• Willingness and ability to adhere to scripts and regulations.

• Fully bilingual in English and French, proficient in both verbal and written communication.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Graduate of a post-secondary institution or equivalent qualification.

• Commit to maintaining life insurance licensing in good standing.
