
Licensed Inbound Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
β’ Engage with inbound callers to sell insurance products by collecting customer data to generate quotes and ultimately finalize the business; occasionally, make outbound calls as needed.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong relationships while informing customers about coverage options and associated costs.
β’ Assess customers' potential for purchasing additional products/services to facilitate cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
β’ Efficiently navigate various computer systems while providing seamless interactions with customers.
β’ Possession of an active P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in selling personal lines or property & casualty insurance.
β’ Demonstrated ability to achieve quotas, metrics, and objectives.
β’ Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
β’ Aspiration for a long-term career in the insurance sector.
β’ Proven capability to take initiative, resolve issues, and prioritize tasks effectively.
β’ Strong direct sales skills and the ability to persuade customers and close sales.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to tailor communication style to suit each call.
β’ Must be eligible to secure resident/non-resident property and casualty licenses in all necessary states.
