Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth sessions for clients located in Maryland.

• Offer empathetic, evidence-based mental health treatment.

• Address issues such as depression, anxiety, couples therapy, children, and a diverse range of clients.

• Perform client intakes and provide diagnoses in accordance with the current DSM-5 under the supervision of a licensed professional.

• Maintain a minimum availability of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days post-credentialing.

• Engage in clinical supervision and monthly case reviews.

• Collaborate with a network of licensed providers in a clinical setting.

• Ensure excellent client care while administrative teams manage credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be approved by the board as a LGPC.

• Applicants should be pursuing independent licensure and reside in Maryland.

• Completion of an approved 60-credit hour program is required.

• Experience at the graduate or post-graduate level in a counseling environment treating depression and anxiety is necessary.

• Experience at the graduate or post-graduate level independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under supervision is required.

• Must be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.

• Willingness to work with a variety of clients, including couples and children.

• Commitment to assisting clients in achieving measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in telehealth and EHR tools.

• A strong team player and positive contributor to the work environment.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring.
