Licensed Customs Broker, Trade Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Daily management of Client Care, including resolution of issues.

• Interacting with carriers, vendors, Customs, and clients through phone and email.

• Staying informed on current CBP regulations and conducting research as required.

• Performing audits on entries for quality assurance.

• Developing and maintaining internal work instructions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Certification as a Customs Specialist (CCS).

• Valid Customs Broker license.

• In-depth understanding of US Customs laws and regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and logical reasoning with the capability to make unbiased business decisions.

• Experience with customs brokerage software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
