This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Deliver therapy and support to students utilizing the TimelyCare platform.
• Assess client requirements, collaborate on treatment objectives, create treatment plans, and direct clients to suitable TimelyCare services.
• Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning primarily for a young adult demographic.
• Concurrently document and submit HIPAA-compliant records using TimelyCare’s electronic health record system.
• Formulate and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session.
• Engage in cross-functional communication with other teams and departments to facilitate ongoing care.
• Comply with documentation quality standards and uphold the code of ethics.
• Employ active listening and evidence-based methods to foster rapport, establish boundaries, and enhance client care.
• Ensure timely documentation submission on the TimelyCare platform.
• Respond with empathy and professionalism, even in high-stress situations.
• Conduct sessions anticipated to last 45–50 minutes, allowing for documentation within a total session duration of 60 minutes.
• Must possess a clinical license in Massachusetts.
• Required credentials: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Hold an active state license in Massachusetts.
• Valid U.S. work authorization is mandatory; sponsorship is not available.
• Strong abilities in clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening.
• Experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and safety/treatment planning.
• Background in serving young adults, adolescents, or at-risk populations, and/or experience in community mental health, crisis triage, or college counseling.
• Proficient in utilizing active listening and evidence-based techniques such as SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT.
• Capable of establishing treatment goals, boundaries, and rapport.
• Ability to adapt to evolving population needs and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Capacity to respond with empathy and professionalism.
• Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP).
• Additional state licenses are advantageous.

• Professional boundaries are maintained: clients do not have access to the therapist's phone number or email.
