This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build and maintain a positive, trusting relationship with patients.
• Assess and address mental health disorders through diagnosis and treatment.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and situations of each patient.
• Conduct regular meetings with patients to provide counseling, deliver treatment, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Carry out ongoing evaluations of patient progress.
• Include and consult family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities.
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher in relevant fields (Required).
• A valid, unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license depending on the office location. Applications without an active license will not be considered. We are not currently hiring associate or intern level therapists.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout your employment with our agency.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Capable of guiding, directing, or influencing individuals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in effectively using electronic health record systems to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.
• W-2 role with medical, dental, and vision coverage effective from the first of the month following employment.
