This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver therapy and support to students through the TimelyCare platform.
• Assess client needs, work collaboratively on treatment objectives, formulate treatment plans, and refer clients to other relevant TimelyCare services.
• Offer therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning primarily aimed at a young adult demographic.
• Document in real-time and submit HIPAA-compliant records using TimelyCare’s electronic health record system.
• Create and submit treatment plans along with progress notes following each session.
• Engage in cross-departmental communication to facilitate the continuity of care.
• Comply with documentation quality standards and ethical codes.
• Set treatment objectives with students/clients and accurately document them.
• Utilize active listening skills and evidence-based approaches to foster rapport, establish boundaries, and support care advancement.
• Ensure timely submission of documentation in the TimelyCare platform EHR.
• Adjust to evolving population needs while maintaining composure in high-stress situations.
• Respond with empathy and professionalism, exemplifying respectful behavior.
• Required: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Possession of an active state license(s) in Delaware.
• Proficient clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening abilities.
• Experience in crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning.
• Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, or at-risk groups, and/or experience in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling atmosphere.
• Capability to employ evidence-based modalities such as SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT.
• Competence in timely submission of HIPAA-compliant EHR documentation.
• Ability to adjust to changing needs within the population served.
• Capacity to remain composed in potentially high-stress situations.
• Skill in responding with empathy and professionalism.
• Valid U.S. work authorization is mandatory; sponsorship is not available.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP) preferred, but not required.
• Deliver care remotely from the comfort of your home or professional office.
