This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

• Supervise the clinical activities of Associate Therapists.

• Offer guidance as therapists provide telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Mentor developing therapists, assisting them in navigating the licensure process and accumulating clinical hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• An active LCSW license in good standing in the state of Arizona is necessary.

• Board approval to act as a clinical supervisor is a must.

• A proven history of guiding associates to achieve full licensure is essential.

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines is required.

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and various digital tools is expected.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup is needed for confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English is essential; Spanish fluency is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
