Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Expand and enhance your skills, capabilities, and career by providing mental health psychotherapy services to children in schools nationwide, utilizing technology that includes proprietary tools to facilitate and support clinical care, all within a flexible environment tailored to your needs.

• Collaborate with school educators and seasoned clinical mentors to deliver exceptional mental health therapy services to children who require assistance.

• Complete necessary documentation and engage in IEP and team meetings, acting as a case manager or process coordinator.

• Cultivate your skills, career, and expertise within a nurturing team-oriented environment.

• Offer telehealth services to a diverse group of school-aged children.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours per week.

• Possess an active, unrestricted, and valid LCSW license in your state of residence and Alaska, maintaining good standing.

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.

• Previous experience in a school setting or working with school-aged pediatric populations is preferred.

• Experience in conducting virtual therapy sessions is required.

• Comfortable and experienced with various types of technology.

• Adhere to Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes.

• Participate in IEP and team meetings, and serve as a case manager or process coordinator.

• Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and handle Medicaid billing if necessary.

• Must have access to a laptop (not a Chromebook) for conducting virtual sessions.
