Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Offer full-time outpatient clinical services via Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Complete 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Utilize mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to guide care.

• Create treatment plans and perform thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Employ telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Work with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and relevant licensure.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Continuous, unrestricted eligibility to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship or renewal.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and other languages are a plus.

• Must fulfill background and regulatory prerequisites.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in partnering with clients to reach their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state.

• Willingness to secure additional state licenses as needed.
