Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health care to individuals of all ages.

• Maintain around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new regions by acquiring additional state licenses when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Continuous, unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or renewal.

• A private work-from-home environment that meets patient safety and HIPAA standards.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are preferred; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Compliance with background checks and regulatory standards.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use diagnosis.

• Competence in treatment planning.

• Proficient in using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Skillful in conducting comprehensive assessments.

• Fully licensed in at least one state and capable of working independently.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as needed.
