Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient services via Brave Health’s telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health support to individuals of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans while serving Medicaid and Medicare patients.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Utilize mental health and/or substance use diagnoses to guide treatment approaches.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients.

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their personal goals.

• Employ telehealth software, video communication, and internal messaging tools.

• Treat patients experiencing chronic severe mental health issues, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Eligibility to work in the United States.

• Ongoing, unrestricted U.S. work authorization without dependence on visa sponsorship or renewal.

• Dedicated work-from-home environment ensuring patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

• Compliance with background and regulatory standards.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience working with clients to meet their goals.

• Proficient in conducting comprehensive assessments.

• Currently fully licensed in one or more applicable U.S. states.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as needed.
