Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth initiative.

• Provide mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Utilize telehealth software and video communication for patient interactions.

• Fulfill roughly 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Identify mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Facilitate access to care for patients enrolled in commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

• Option to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health grows into new territories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship at any time.

• Dedicated work-from-home environment to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to reach their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current full or independent clinical licensure, such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCPC, LPC, or LISW.

• Commitment to complete 30 client care hours weekly.

• Experience supporting patients with chronic severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
