Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care remotely.

• Offer mental health treatment to patients across various age groups.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Manage approximately 30 client-care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Must have unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses are not supported.

• Must have a private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in partnering with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Must be fully and independently licensed.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed for market growth.

• Availability for 30 client-care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Experience working with patients who have chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
