Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Conduct mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and develop treatment plans.

• Perform comprehensive assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Work-from-home environment must ensure privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficient in English; Spanish fluency is preferred; knowledge of other languages is an asset.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience working collaboratively with clients to achieve their objectives.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current full/independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or an equivalent credential.

• Ability to maintain an average of 30 client care hours per week, with six clients per day.

• Experience with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
