Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health care to individuals throughout their life stages.

• Perform mental health and/or substance use evaluations and thorough assessments.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Offer around 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients per day.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Assist Brave Health in expanding into new markets by acquiring additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Competence in conducting comprehensive assessments.

• Current independent clinical licensure, such as LCSW or an equivalent credential.

• Readiness to obtain additional state licenses as required.

• Capacity to complete 30 client care hours weekly.

• Experience working with patients who have chronic severe mental health conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
