Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Conduct between 15 and 22 telehealth sessions weekly.

• Provide individual and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults across Kentucky.

• Execute comprehensive behavioral health evaluations.

• Formulate personalized, trauma-informed treatment strategies.

• Offer evidence-based individual and family therapy using secure telehealth platforms.

• Collaborate effectively with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).

• Assist families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care efforts.

• Enjoy the flexibility of creating your own schedule while utilizing employer-supplied referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active independent license in Kentucky (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, or a strong desire to serve this demographic.

• Ability to work autonomously in a virtual setting.

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation abilities.

• A commitment to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

• Bilingual clinicians (English/Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.

• Availability primarily during weekday afternoons and evenings, specifically from 2:00 to 9:00 PM EST; weekend availability is a plus.
