This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• A Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) offers psychological services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating diagnoses, and implementing treatment plans to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• This position requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals, engaging in research, and occasionally taking on teaching and supervisory roles.

• The LCP is integrated within a team of administrative and clinical colleagues who provide professional and confidential counseling services with a distinctly Christian perspective.

• Perform assessments utilizing various tools and techniques (e.g., interviews, questionnaires, tests).

• Diagnose mental health disorders in accordance with established criteria (e.g., DSM-5).

• Create and execute treatment plans customized to meet clients' individual needs.

• Track client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers (e.g., psychiatrists, social workers, primary care physicians) to ensure coordinated care.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a devoted follower of Christ.

• Requires a Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active and in-good-standing LCP license with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.

• A current and up-to-date CAQH profile is required.

• Must possess current Professional Liability Insurance.

• Completion of all mandatory background checks, including drug tests, is necessary.
