Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Administer mental health treatment utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their personal goals.

• Employ comprehensive assessments in the treatment process.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 6 clients per day, achieving 30 client care hours weekly.

• Treat patients of all ages, including those with chronic severe mental illnesses.

• May require obtaining additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A private workspace at home that meets patient safety standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments effectively.

• Clinicians should be comfortable with a workload of 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Experience working with patients suffering from chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as needed.

• Spanish fluency is preferred; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
