This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist prospective adult students in navigating the admissions process at Colorado Christian University by employing counseling, sales, and follow-up techniques.
• Implement marketing and inside-sales strategies within a call center setting to promote Christian online higher education.
• Articulate how CCU aligns with the educational aspirations of prospective students and how faith intertwines with their educational or career paths.
• Address inquiries from prospective students regarding their educational needs and objectives.
• Meet and surpass monthly enrollment targets.
• Make and receive calls from students or family members seeking information about educational programs.
• Track and report recruiting activities, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and CRM task management, to leadership on a daily and weekly basis.
• Collaborate effectively with CAGS staff and faculty to sustain productive relationships across the University.
• Monitor daily enrollment statistics against personal goals and implement strategies to achieve these enrollment targets.
• Contribute to a university-wide team focused on enrolling, retaining, and serving online adult and graduate students.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities as required.
• Work at a desk utilizing a computer and conducting phone conversations for extended periods; occasional irregular hours, including nights and weekends, may be necessary.
• A minimum of two years of experience in college/university admissions, sales, public relations, corporate development, marketing, or a related field.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Availability to work daily from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Mountain Time, with a Saturday shift on a six-week rotation.
• Proven ability to meet enrollment goals and utilize effective educational enrollment methods.
• Preferred experience in inbound/outbound tele-sales.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage time effectively amidst multiple priorities.
• Proven capability to work efficiently as both a team member and an individual contributor.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Experience with admissions software and contact management systems is preferred.
• Must reside and legally work in the U.S.; all duties must be performed within the U.S.
• A committed follower of Jesus Christ who adheres to evangelical Christian beliefs.
• Ability to effectively communicate personal faith and apply biblical principles and convictions in a professional setting.
• A strong sense of calling to the ministry of Colorado Christian University is required.
• Regular attendance and active engagement in a Bible-believing evangelical local church.
• Knowledgeable about the Word of God and passionate about Christian education.
• Must be a traditional evangelical Christian whose lifestyle aligns with CCU's Statement of Faith and agrees with the University's Strategic Priorities.
