License Verification Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Verify relevant federal and state licensing documentation to authorize orders for prescription products.

• Examine Rx and controlled substance pending orders to confirm customer registration and licensing details.

• Reach out to customers to obtain updated DEA and/or state license copies.

• Update account information to facilitate quick release of pending orders.

• Create new accounts or establish additional subaccounts on existing accounts as needed.

• Terminate accounts that are no longer valid.

• Reprocess orders when a controlled drug is mistakenly entered with the incorrect ship-to address.

• Review and activate new customer accounts.

• Assess potentially fraudulent orders and liaise with external department contacts as required.

• Contact customers for appropriate documentation and further information.

• Collaborate with customer service and sales teams regarding customer orders.

• Engage in special projects and execute other necessary duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically, 2 or more years of relevant experience.

• Generally, a High School education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training is preferred.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail and precision.

• Customer service-oriented with the capability to manage complex issues.

• Ability to plan and coordinate activities effectively.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to handle confidential and highly sensitive information.

• Ability to function well in a team environment.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to build productive working relationships at various levels within the organization.
