This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
• Process a significant volume of license compliance leads and engage with customers to identify compliance challenges.
• Clarify intellectual property or contractual infringements, negotiate solutions and timelines, and reach commercial agreements.
• Directly negotiate settlement amounts for license compliance and establish purchase timelines with customers.
• Initiate warning letters or audit requests and assist customers throughout the audit process.
• Present audit results and negotiate favorable resolutions.
• Conduct investigations on License Compliance prospects utilizing Autodesk analytics tools and databases.
• Engage with CXO-level clients during compliance warning-letter or audit proceedings.
• Manage challenging communications, passionate discussions, and negotiations concerning non-compliance issues.
• Monitor leads, opportunities, activities, and outcomes in Salesforce.com.
• Predict compliance sales using lead-tracking tools and Autodesk forecasting methodologies.
• Support Value Added Resellers with quotes, proposals, order forms, and product details.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales on cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with Autodesk products, competitive landscape, industry trends, and project delivery approaches.
• Foster cooperative relationships with territory sales teams and devise alternative proposals to address compliance matters.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales is required.
• Proven experience and comfort in communicating and negotiating at the executive level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong critical thinking skills to apply Autodesk licensing regulations to various customer software implementations.
• Capability to manage complex customer objections related to compliance issues.
• Familiarity with software licensing models, license agreements, and contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com and Siebel is essential.
• Knowledge of I.T. is considered a plus.
• A successful history in a software sales position is advantageous.
• Previous experience in License Compliance is highly preferred.
