Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform compliance monitoring, control testing, and audit activities to evaluate adherence to regulatory, client, and company standards.

• Document findings, track corrective measures, and assist in remediation efforts.

• Maintain compliance records, evidence repositories, inventories of controls, and audit documentation.

• Assist in conducting risk assessments, managing regulatory changes, and reviewing policies.

• Analyze compliance data and generate reports, dashboards, and management summaries.

• Monitor key compliance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and possible control deficiencies.

• Support the governance and ongoing maintenance of the Compliance Management System.

• Identify opportunities to enhance and automate compliance processes and reporting.

• Develop and maintain tools, workflows, and dashboards using Google Workspace technologies, including Google Sheets, Drive, Looker Studio, Forms, and Apps Script.

• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to refine processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in compliance, audit, quality assurance, risk management, government contracting, or a related area is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Drive.

• Experience working within established processes, controls, and governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Exposure to compliance management systems, internal audits, or controls testing is a plus.

• Knowledge of Google Apps Script, Looker Studio, SQL, Python, AI tools, or workflow automation technologies is regarded as a significant asset.

• Experience in a regulated industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
