License Compliance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate license compliance initiatives and interact directly with C-level executives.

• Oversee audits from start to finish.

• Examine usage discrepancies and translate findings into revenue-generating results.

• Collaborate with partners, sales teams, and customer success departments.

• Present usage metrics and compliance-related risks.

• Negotiate resolutions with customers.

• Utilize judgment and creativity to address complex compliance issues using telemetry and audit insights.

• Mentor junior team members.

• Contribute to enhancements in compliance workflows.

• Generate revenue through compliance-driven new business and expansion opportunities.

• Implement customer engagement strategies and adjust plans accordingly.

• Address objections and competitive challenges.

• Customize the sales process and proactively identify obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS sales and subscription business models.

• Strong communication abilities tailored for mid-level customer interactions.

• Capability to manage caseloads independently.

• Basic negotiation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Willingness to travel to customer sites, events, and internal Autodesk meetings as necessary.

• Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics.

• Background in software licensing or intellectual property protection.

• Experience in data review or conducting investigations.

• Experience in drafting compliance-related communications.

• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration involving sales, legal, and operations.
