Liability Litigation Claims Examiner – Litigation, Premise, Auto, BI & Product Claims Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Reviewing and managing claims through detailed action plans to ensure timely and appropriate resolution by investigating and collecting necessary information to assess the claim’s exposure.

• Facilitating negotiation of claims settlements within the assigned authority limits.

• Keeping the claimant and client informed about claim progress and processing.

• Submitting claims to the excess carrier and addressing requests for guidance in a professional and prompt manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Familiarity with Litigation concerning GL, Premise, Auto, Bodily Injury, and Product claims.

• Knowledge of Contracts/Lease Agreements and Tenders is essential.

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is favored.

• Knowledge of jurisdiction and licensing across multiple states: TX, FL, NV, NM, KY, MI, IN, AR, AK, AL, WV.
