This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess and analyze automotive extended warranty claims submitted by customers, dealerships, and repair facilities.
• Confirm claim details, including coverage, eligibility, and necessary documentation.
• Perform comprehensive investigations and evaluations to establish the legitimacy of claims and contract coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect pertinent information and address claim-related concerns.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal obligations throughout the claims management process.
• Efficiently and accurately process claims within designated timeframes.
• Promptly and professionally convey claim decisions, approvals, and denials to relevant parties.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by swiftly responding to queries, concerns, and escalations regarding warranty claims.
• Keep precise and organized records and documentation of claims.
• Recognize trends and opportunities for process enhancement and assist in the creation and execution of improved claims-handling protocols.
• Equivalent experience in Claims Administration or a related area.
• Over 5 years of recent experience in automotive claims administration or a comparable position.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair methodologies.
• Familiarity with warranty regulations, guidelines, and best practices in the automotive sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficient in utilizing claims management software and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• High degree of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
• Successfully pass drug screening and background checks.
