This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Effective management of claims and documentation for new loss assignments involving declaratory judgments

• Comprehensive understanding of coverage challenges and intricate coverage determinations

• Formulate and implement litigation management strategies for each claim

• Examine and assess file documentation, policies, motions, and pleadings

• Work collaboratively with other claims adjusters to assess litigated claims

• Remain updated on industry developments and leverage AI tools

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in handling litigated claims

• Solid background in asbestos and health hazard claims

• Extensive knowledge of liability policy terms

• Juris Doctor is preferred

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

• Strong business insight and comprehension of the insurance sector
