Claims CL Casualty Auto Injury Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conducts investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and resolutions for assigned Commercial Auto Bodily Injury Claims

• Exhibits technical expertise in managing complex claims with minimal oversight

• Develops and sustains positive relationships with both internal and external customers

• Aids in cultivating business partner relationships with agents, insureds, and Commercial Lines

• Ensures appropriate reserving through proactive investigations

• Provides assistance to other departments with investigations as necessary

• May be tasked with managing general liability claims

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Five (5) years of claims experience, including at least three (3) years in Casualty

• Preferred two (2) years of experience in commercial claims handling

• Bachelor's degree is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong critical thinking abilities

• Proficient in the use of personal computers

• May require a state-specific adjusters' license
