This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Execute and assist with migrations to Microsoft 365, encompassing email and data transitions.
• Conduct file server migrations to SharePoint and OneDrive, involving setup and configuration.
• Design and implement Microsoft Azure environments tailored for clients.
• Configure and oversee switches, VLANs, and VLAN routing.
• Establish and maintain Unifi and Fortinet firewalls, including VPNs and security policies.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
• Work in conjunction with teams based in Australia and the Philippines, ensuring clear communication in English.
• Strive for excellence in a dynamic, multi-client Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting (non-negotiable).
• Demonstrated proficiency in:
• Microsoft Azure (including setup, configuration, and administration).
• Migrations to Microsoft 365.
• Deployments of SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Network configuration encompassing switches, VLANs, and VLAN routing.
• Firewalls including Unifi, Fortinet, SonicWall, and Domotz.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
